IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU REGISTER:
Qualified for two or more tickets – If you are eligible for two or more ticket types then the most expensive ticket type applies. For example, if you are working for an NGO, but also work for a private sector company then you must purchase a private sector ticket. If you are unsure about which ticket to pick, get in touch with us here.
Email to use when registering – We only accept registrations from official .org or business email addresses.
Not-for-profit/UN tickets – We ONLY accept ticket requests from organisations with an accredited email (i.e. .org or .int). Any other ticket request will be cancelled. Additionally, in certain cases we may ask you to provide evidence of your activities as we only accept those who are currently active in aid, relief and international development.
Press Pass – To apply for a press pass please contact phoebe.frewin@aid-expo.com. Please note it is not possible to apply for a press pass during the conference. They must be applied and approved in advance. Conditions apply.

Refund Policy:
Paid tickets are non-refundable after 20th December. Refunds requested prior to 20th of December will incur a £20 admin charge for any refunds. Paid tickets can be transferred to another internal colleague at no extra charge, please get in touch with the AidEx team to do so.
Purchased the wrong ticket? A partial refund may be given, minus a £10 admin fee, plus a credit card transaction fee for the cost incurred in dealing with the booking, will be applied.
