Haje Schütte
Deputy Director, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)
His work focuses on how to mobilise and align unprecedented volumes of public and private resources to better address the sustainable development challenges at the core of the 2030 Agenda.
Haje oversees the provision of policy analysis and guidance, standards as well as data to OECD Members, the OECD Development Assistance Committee (DAC) and other key stakeholders notably G20 member countries, in support of an integrated approach to development finance required for reaching the sustainable development goals (SDGs).
Previously, Haje held management positions at the German KfW Group, and has worked with the ILO. He holds an Executive MSc in change leadership from HEC Paris/Saïd Business School Oxford; graduate degrees in economics from the London School of Economics, and the Freie Universität Berlin, and in development studies from the German Development Institute.
