Béatrice Butsana-Sita became CEO of British Red Cross (BRC) in November 2023. Before joining the BRC, she was CEO of Greenhouse Sports charity. Béatrice started her career at KPMG after graduating with a master’s degree in engineering economics in Belgium. Her career highlights included a board position at BT Wholesale and serving as Group managing Director for customer experience transformation. As Managing Director at Capita, Beatrice established Capita Networking Solutions and successfully led the turnaround of a major contract to deliver fibre infrastructure across Scotland. In addition to her executive roles, Béatrice has held multiple non-executive positions, including serving as a non-executive director for the South London and Maudsley Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust since 2018 and as an independent non-executive director at Reynolds, Porter, and Chamberlain (RPC).
